Designed for maximum performance and comfort in triathlons, the Argon 18 E-119 Tri+ Frameset delivers you to the transition quickly.
If a mission statement were assigned to the Argon 18 E-119 Tri+ Frameset 2018, it would be that the Canadian company wanted to offer the athlete the best possible position, combined with most efficient aerodynamics, along with unmatched comfort.
Simply add wheels, saddle and a groupset and you have one of the best speed weapons in the business.
Argon 18 defined a geometry that allows for optimal positioning for riders of different physical types, preferences and racing styles. Very fine and accurate adjustments can be dialed in quickly and simply for the kind of comfort and biomechanics that let you stay in an aero tuck longer, the key to faster times. Every frame dimension has been designed for maximum control in an aero tuck, even in difficult conditions.
The Argon 18 E-119 Tri + boasts a range of features and you get more than just a frame. Included in this package is:
Argon 18 E-119 Tri + frame
Integrated hydration and nutrition storage solutions
Integrated bar, stem and extension

Size-specific geometry - Well balanced ergonomic fit for every frame in every size
Optimal Balance - Outstanding aerodynamics, added comfort, lightness and rigidity, all rolled into one totally integrated package
The E-117 Tri also features Argon 18’s Horizontal Dual System, which balances stiffness and compliance for a comfortable ride. Imagine a diagonal line running from the head tube down to the rear dropouts. Everything below the line represents the 'Power Zone', where rigidity matters most. In the case of the Gallium Pro, that means a stiff, aero-shaped head tube up front to ensure crisp, precise handling while cornering or sprinting, combined with a massive bottom bracket area and asymmetrical chainstays to maximize every bit of energy you put into the pedals. The threadless BB86 bottom bracket further boosts stiffness with no added weight. The 'Comfort Zone' consists of smaller, thinner frame tubing up top to add compliance and give it a smoother ride.
Virtual Stem: The 'Virtual Stem' is a new, sleek, streamlined front end, which is more integrated. And yet, it offers as many adjustment options as before. Welcome to the ONEness 3.0 evolution.
Argon 18 is a Canadian cycle manufacturer founded in 1989 by Gervais Rioux in Montreal, Quebec. The name is derived from the element, which is number 18 on the periodic table of elements; it's also one of six natural noble gases. After retiring as a rider, ex-Olympian Rioux opened a bike shop, where the brand was born. In 2001 they produced their first carbon frame and the brand is now distributed in 31 countries. Argon 18 sponsors German pro cycling team Bora-Argon 18 and debuted at the Tour de France in 2015.
